Chevening beurse 2011/12 en daarna
Die beurse begroting is verminder deur die £ 10m tot £ 15.55m in Junie 2010, Ministers het ooreengekom is egter, onderworpe aan die uitslag van die regering se besteding beoordeling vir 2011-15, dat die buitelandse en Statebond Kantoor (FCO) moet handhaaf 'n studiebeurse program en maak dit meer strategiese en beter regspraak. FCO nou besig om aansienlik herfokus dit vir 2011-12 af. Hulle bestudeer alle gebiede van die skema, in aanmerking te kom vereistes, Selectiecriteria, teiken gebiede en prioriteit studie-areas. Ons sal nie in staat wees om enige aansoeke te aanvaar 2011/12 totdat die besonderhede van die nuwe skema ooreengekom is. Ons verwag dat dit in Oktober 2010 en besonderhede sal geplaas word op hierdie bladsy en ook op ons Facebook-bladsy.
As jy belangstel om aansoek te doen vir 'n Chevening studiebeurs in 2011/2012 Maak seker hierdie bladsye gereeld van Oktober af.
Wat is die Chevening Program?
Die Chevening program, het, oor 26 jaar, verskaf meer as 30,000 Beurse aan hoëronderwysinstellings (LIFT) in die Verenigde Koninkryk vir nagraadse studente of navorsers van lande regoor die wêreld.
Grootliks befonds deur die buitelandse en Statebond Kantoor, Die beursskema ontvang ook 'n beduidende bydraes van HOI'e en ander organisasies in die Verenigde Koninkryk, en uit 'n wye verskeidenheid van oorsese borge insluitende regerings-en private sektor liggame, waarmee die FCO of sy oorsese Posts het vennootskapsooreenkomste.
Die program word bestuur deur die Britse Raad, namens die FCO, beide in die UK en in die buiteland.
