James L. Nellie és M. Westlake Scholarship Year 2012
A James L. Nellie és M. Westlake Scholarship Foundation was established in 1981 pursuant to the provisions of the wills of James L. Nellie és M. This scholarship program is administered by Scholarship Management Services, a division of Scholarship America.
