Chevening stipendier 2011/12 och utanför
Stipendierna budgeten minskades med £ 10m till £ 15.55m i juni 2010, Men Ministrarna har enats om, Beroende på resultatet av regeringens utgiftsöversynen för 2011-15, att Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) bör stödja ett stipendieprogram och göra det mer strategiska och bättre riktade. FCO i arbetslivet nu att avsevärt rikta den för 2011-12 och framåt. De granskar alla områden i ordningen, inklusive behörighetskrav, Urvalskriterier, målregionerna och prioriterade studie. Vi kommer inte att kunna acceptera några ansökningar om 2011/12 tills detaljerna i det nya systemet har överenskommits. Vi förväntar oss att detta i oktober 2010 och detaljerad information kommer att publiceras på denna sida och även på vår Facebook-sida.

Vad är Chevening programmet?
Det Chevening programmet, har, om 26 år, gav mer än 30,000 Stipendier vid högskolor (LIFT) i Storbritannien för doktorander eller forskare från länder över hela världen.
Till stor del finansieras av Foreign and Commonwealth Office, stipendiesystemet får också betydande bidrag från universitet och högskolor och andra organisationer i Storbritannien, och från ett stort antal utländska sponsorer inklusive statliga och privata sektorn, med vilka FCO eller dess utomeuropeiska inlägg har partnerskapsavtal.
Programmet förvaltas av British Council, på uppdrag av FCO, både i Storbritannien och utomlands.

I do wish to continue my education for i can use that valuable knowledge in my country to improve educational system which suffers from lack of professionals

I have choosen England for its best educational level in the world, despite the fact that probably i have no chance to get any scholarship, still i am waiting for the answer
