The ICMA-RC Vantagepoint Public Employee Memorial Scholarship Fund provides scholarships to the surviving children and spouses of US city, county, and state public employees* who have died in service to their communities. Applicants must enroll in and attend an accredited college, university, or vocational-technical school on a full-time basis. The Save and Make the Grade Scholarship Program is sponsored by Family Dollar stores. The program is open to high school seniors who plan to enroll in, or students currently enrolled in, an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational/technical school.
