Pagiging Karapat-dapat Requirements
Applicants for the UK scholarships must be prospective students from the UK holding an offer of admission to pursue a full-time undergraduate programme of study within UCL’s Department of Spanish and Latin American Studies or in related areas in other UCL Departments such as in History and Anthropology.
Prospective undergraduates admitted to joint programmes, part-time or modular study are not eligible to apply.

UK scholarships consist of £500per annum for a maximum of three years.

The scholarship may be held alongside other scholarships and awards.
All scholarship holders are expected to submit a short final report about their time at UCL and their career plans within two months of the termination of their scholarship.
Selection and Notification of Results
Scholarship recipients and reserve candidates will be selected in May/June by a panel of UCL academics on the basis of their scholarship applications and their UCAS admissions applications. The funder of the scholarships may attend the selection.
Successful and reserve candidates can expect to be notified by end June. Applicants who have not heard from the UCL Scholarships Office by end-July can assume that they have not been selected as a recipient or reserve for one of the scholarships.

Kami ay nag-aalok ng tatlong Scholarships sa UK / EU mga mag-aaral undergraduate siya sumali sa mga programa sa antas ng Biyolohiya, Environmental Biyolohiya, Genetika, Human genetika o soolohiya. The awards pay £1000 in each of the three years of the student’s degree course, subject to satisfactory academic progress.
To apply for one of the Scholarships you must hold an offer of admission to study towards one of our 3-year undergraduate BSc degrees.
To apply for one of these Scholarships please submit with your application:
* Full Curriculum Vitae
* Covering letter in your own handwriting explaining why you wish to study at UCL.
* An essay in English (halos 1000 words) on any biological subject of your choice (eg. The pros and cons of GM crops.)
Email entries are not permitted.
Entries will be judged by the Scholarship Committee on the basis of performance in the A-level examinations as well as the above documentation. The committee’s decision is final. The deadline for applications is 15th July (or the first working day following the 15th if the deadline falls on the weekend) for entry in September of the same year. The result will be announced in August after the A-level results.

Harold Fox completed his PhD thesis, “Development of the skull and associated structures in Amphibia with special reference to the Urodela,” Sa 1951, in the Department of Zoology and Comparative Anatomy, under the supervision of Dr. Michael Abercrombie. Harold remained in the department for the rest of his working life until 1994.
